I’m not one to write product reviews but I had to on this stuff because it actually works. I have a full head of hair, basically an afro, but I have one spot in the back thats thinning and it was starting to make me super self conscious because its very visible to the point where my friends & family were pointing out the balding spot. After researching some products like this, this one was the most highly rated so I went for it. It IMMEDIATELY filled in and covered up my thinning spot and it didn’t take much at all. If you have a full balding head I wouldn’t recommend this, so I can see where some of the negative reviews are probably coming from. But if you’re just trying to fill in a thinning spot like me, this is the PERFECT solution!

This stuff is absolutely amazing! My hair on top is pretty thin from going through chemo when I was 11. I lost all my hair and it just never grew back the same and didn’t fill in completely. Now it’s just thin on top and you can see my scalp. I’ve been self-conscious about it for many many years. Then my husband told me about this because some celebrity uses it and you couldn’t tell. Ok well I said I’d try it since the hair regrowth systems don’t work as one of the chemo treatments I had permanently damaged my hair follicles. I sprinkled it on dry hair and oh my gosh! It looked like I had a full head of hair and my “bald” spot was gone! It filled in so nicely and it was so easy to use! Highly recommend!!

I have used this product for about 2 years at the suggestion of my hairdresser, and just love it. I used to color my hair but finally decided to go natural, which is salt and pepper. More salt than pepper actually. My hair is also thinning in places and because of this, my pink scalp would show thru in those areas. A light quick shake of Toppix in those areas not only covers the pink scalp but helps thicken roots. Fantastic.Toppix comes is several colors, not just for grey, and would work for anyone, including men. I used to buy locally, but found it cheaper on Amazon. I definitely recommend it.

So, if you’re bothering to read reviews about anything like this in your ongoing battle with baldness, then let me be clear, right up front – the hair loss is winning the war. To terribly misquote Jim Morrison, “No hair gets out of here alive”…. So, you’re hoping against all odds that some miracle product will be a cheap, effective, undetectable cure-all in your fight against genetics or disease…well, the good news is THIS PRODUCT KIND OF WORKS. Let me be as transparent as the fine little hairs you’re hoping will grow on your head – if you have some hair, but it’s thinning pretty bad, this stuff will make it look fuller and hide some of the dreaded scalp showing through – however, if you plan on people getting really close to it, you can see the toppik on your scalp (at least, the dark colors show up if you’re Caucasian or light skinned) – but this should work well for a job interview, a date in a restaurant, an acting/theatre gig, maybe even a family gathering – but if you plan on getting lucky and he/she not noticing the smudges on the pillow in the morning, you are out of luck….If battling hair loss is what you’re up against, then Toppik is, metaphorically, another tool in the tool box. Use it with along with everything else – but use it in moderation. Too much and you’re a powdered, bald donut.Finally, don’t blindly listen to the claims by some of these Amazon reviewers saying it’s “amazing” and “no one noticed” – because, if anyone looked close enough, they probably could tell you’ve got cornstarch type colored powder layering your nearly hairless scalp. On the other hand, don’t listen to all these complainers saying it doesn’t work at all or that it’s garbage – they’re just angry, balding trolls with sweaty scalps who were just hoping to find a dirt cheap solution to a problem that has plagued men and women forever. If you have little or no hair, this product really won’t work – but if you’re in the middle of your hair-less fight, you’ll have some pretty good luck with this. I hope this review helps – as I’m someone who’s done Bosley, Propecia, Rogaine, Toppik, Tocotrienols and have had some luck with all of them. If, after my long winded review you’re still unsure (and you should be) then buy the tiny cheap bottle of Toppik (it will set you back around $10 with shipping) – it’s a small price to pay to see if a product works for you. If you have small bald spots here or there and you want to cover them this stuff is great!!!!!!!!!!! It does a great job covering and keeping things looking natural. It has been a game changer for me and you will gain your confidence when you are not worry about that spot showing. Try it!

It helps to cover thinning, but medium brown is Not brown at all. It is black with a greenish tint and is too dark for brown hair. Light brown is very light. There needs to be a color in between that’s actually suitable for medium brown hair.

Superó mis expectativas. Sufro de alopecia androgenética a mis 25 años y he perdido mucho cabello en la zona de la coronilla. Es horrible para mi salir sin mi gorra, pero este producto me salvó, el tono Café Medio fue justo el mio. Primero compré un solo envase pero después de ver el funcionamiento compré 2 más. I use it to cover areas on my scalp where my hair is thinner. If you are blonde don’t order the “blonde shade order the light brown. The blonde shade is too yellow looking.
