I had low expectations for any effect I just bought them because I don’t want to drink ACV every day as I was, thought this would make it easy and less nasty to consume ACV. I noticed after about a week, I’m not hungry?!?! I’m barely eating no appetite and not thinking about food throughout the day. I’m on my 2nd month taking these and they still do the trick! Pleasantly suprised!! Affordable and I got much more than I bargained for. Worth writing a review because I have used many products for appetite and weight loss with false claims and didn’t even expect much from this but it delivered and ill continue to take them! I’ve gone from 245 pounds to 228 since I started taking them, haven’t changed anything except my food intake due to the effects of these!

Slim fast supposed to help you lose weight. I took these for about a month & I didn’t lose NO WEIGHT even when I worked out at home. Once I stopped using these & still working out I’ve noticed I’m starting to lose weight. So me thinking SLIM FAST🤔 helps with SLIMMING DOWN, this is not it. Too bad it’s past the refund status
