I an 78 years old, and in my younger days had a thick head of long hair. As I have aged, I have noticed that my hair was getting thinner. I still have long hair, but it hasn’t been as thicker or healthy looking as it used to be. I have tried a few herbal shampoos, and they seemed to dry my hair out even though my hair is usually on the oily side.I decided to try this shampoo and conditioner, and have used it only a few times since I got it. Since I don’t expect miracles from any product, I really didn’t expect much. I have been very diligent in massaging the shampoo into my hair for time suggested, and have also applied the conditioner for the suggested time. It is also noted in the instruction to use only a little of the conditioner to prevent the hair from feeling oily. So, after shampooing and conditioning, I rinse really well.I have uses these products for only 4 weeks, and like that my hair feels soft and looks healthy after using it. I have noticed that less hair is coming out in my brush, and less hair is coming out as I shampoo and rinse. Since I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for only a short time, I can’t honestly say that it has caused a lot of hair growth. I have noticed new hair growing at my temples, but don’t know if it is a result of using this shampoo and conditioner. I tend to be skeptical of most products.At this point, I like both the shampoo and conditioner, but time will tell whether it delivers as described. I will definitely update this review after I have used these products for a while longer.UPDATE 11/15/24:I have been using this shampoo in addition to a biotin supplement for about 2 months. Today, I had a nice surprise complement. A friend of mine, out-of-the-blue, told me that my hair was beautiful and looked so thick and healthy. This was so nice to hear. I have noticed since using this shampoo, my hair looks thicker and “fluffier”. I have also noticed there is much less hair coming out in my brush and when I shampoo. Although the biotin supplement may be helping, it looks like this shampoo delivers as promised.I hope this review was helpful for you.

I’ve never found a shampoo and conditioner set that I like better–and I’ve tried A LOT. My hair used to come out in the shower and after brushing by the handfuls; my shedding is practically non existent now! It lathers well and smells great, leaves my hair feeling fresh, manageable and soft. Will continue to purchase!

I had order this product in the beginning of the year and used it, and somehow forgot about it as I often change my shampoo and conditioners. I had a little left from my earlier order and re-used it this past week and forgot how amazing it made my hair feel and look. A little goes a long way with the conditioner, and it smells great. I have medium to fine hair and it doesn’t weigh it down.

I’m 64 and this is the first review I believe I have ever done . My hair was thinning and I was panicking. I have always had thick full hair. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner and they are a game changer! My hair is soft and thick and healthy again. I cringed at paying $50 for shampoo and conditioner but after spending tons of money on other brands with zero results- I’m so glad I did! I started using this in August on the recommendation of a friend for hair loss and shedding. I am so impressed with the results! The first photo was in August when the hair loss was near the height (this is during one shampoo – I was losing hair between each shampoo too) the second is the hair lost during my shampoo yesterday. I don’t think I’ve ever lost this little amount of hair during a shampoo. The decrease in hair loss between washes is also super noticeable. I can also see lots of new hair growth.The product itself is not as expensive as the other fancy products I was using. I love that my hair is soft and smooth. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Love the lather, conditioner is great, rinses well. Been using for 3 weeks and can tell a big difference in hair strength and added fullness. Smells good too. I will continue to order Routine, I feel its worth every penny. The bottles aren’t big but I know they’re going to last for at least a couple months, and I wash hair daily.

I only put 4 stars because I want to give time for this to work fully but I am perimenopausal and have a thyroid condition so I lose hair like crazy. I’ve noticed a lot of thinning on top as well. From the first time I used this the amount of moisture it put in my dry brittle hair was amazing. I also have a ton of baby hairs around my hairline that I never saw before. I don’t know if it’s from the shampoo/conditioner or just because I have a growth cycle but we’ll see. I’ve only been using this for a little over 1 week so I will update as time goes on. I bought the hibiscus and rice milk and if you don’t like strong floral smells I’d say don’t get this one but it smells very much like hibiscus! So far I’m very satisfied with this purchase.
