As I’ve been becoming more health aware and changing my diet, I noticed that I’m bloated… ALOT. What I was eating didn’t have a lot of fiber, and most of what Americans eat on a daily does not include fiber. This leaves us with high cortisol levels, bloating, digestion issues etc.I started with the recommended 2 a day but at the same time because of my schedule and I may forget. For the first week I dealt with constant growing and constant stomach aches, but would feel great afterwards. Went off of them for a few days to experiment and my energy levels seemed to deplete faster while being bloating again. I would then take 1 at day and 1 at night, which helped but my body still didn’t feel like is should. So now I take 2 at night before bed and with this I feel amazing. I eat less, less bloated, able to function all day and seems some brain fog left. Digestion is great, gassy at times which is normal, and I’m passing stool normally and almost an hour after each meal… which is how it should be medically.These taste amazing, cheap, and can just pop two of them and go about my day. This makes the regimen easy to make a habit out of. Will definitely continue to eat these.

My teenagers and I love these. They really work. My teenagers are very picky eaters, they get 0 fiber in their diets which is not good. They have struggled with constipation until these gummies which has helped them become regular. They taste very good, just wish they were softer.

Wanted to add more fiber to my diet but also not just take a pill every day. These watermelon vitamin vitamins was a great solution and even added also candy to my daily routine. But more chewy than I had expected but the flavor is way better than chalky pills that leave a bad taste in your mouth. I’ve only been taking them for about a week but plan on continuing them and ordering more as well. Happy with my purchase. If you’re thinking about purchasing it you should diff give it a try

These are super gentle but effective and they literally taste like the most delish candy. My picky kids LOVE them! Way better then Metamucil because you don’t have to fight your kids to take them.

Honestly really enjoying the flavor, breaks up the boringness of taking multiple gummies, but these are really tough, you can’t chew through them completely. You end up swallowing them half whole. Still enjoyable, but tiring on the jaw.UPDATE: 2 months later i find myself dreading them, they are so tough my jaw hurts and i just dont want to take them. maybe if i ate them all in a timely manner and didnt space it out like someone who forgets their vitamins a lot, they may not have become so unbearably tough.

My son is 6 and is very picky. He also has a huge gag reflex. These are the only fiber (gummies/vitamins/etc) that I can get him to take. They smell great. Every thing that I have tried from Olly had been great quality and good value for the money. Love the containers that these gummies come in. Very easy to open. Overall great product!
