I like all three flavors: Cinnamon Spice, Apple Crisp, and my favorite, Chocolate.After enjoying a packet, I drink a little water. Very enjoyable. FWIW, I don’t suffer from constipation; these treats just make everything work as it should.Pro tip: chew them and savor them more than you might a regular cookie.

Nice flavor although a little hard to bit, but little nibbles along the edge work fine. Great results, but I have trouble with the wafer sticking to my teeth. I used water at first to facilitate the wafer as instructed, but switched to carbonated liquid to help remove the wafer stuck to my teeth. Works just fine.

These cookies are great with a apple and cinnamon taste. I just love them and so does my husband! I fine it’s like a treat and I eat them in the evening after dinner as a desert. It works so well and my husband love them too. I put them in my one month delivery subscription. I definitely recommend these delightful cookies!
