Bought several different brands through the years since I prefer gummies but usually not happy with flavor. This is a mild fruit flavor with no aftertaste so it’s good for me. Everyone has different taste so not sure if this is helpful

I’ve been taking these for about 2.5 months now and they really seem to be working. For the most part, I take them daily. I have noticed that my nails are growing incredibly fast and I am seeing new hair sprouting, where I had noticed some thinning happening. I have noticed no negative side effects. I can’t 100% say that the changes are a result of these as opposed something else I may be doing or taking, but I’m going to keep taking them because I think they are at least contributing to the improvement I am seeing.. They are soft gummies, so they are easy to chew and they taste great!

Wasn’t sure I’d even get thru this vitamin bottle, as I’ve never liked gummy vitamins. I was pretty stunned when I started taking them and they don’t taste like crap or pure sugar. They also really have started working. In two months and my hairs grown almost two inches. Hope this can help my hair growth recover from all the abuse it’s taken over the year.

I’m only a few weeks in, so I don’t have an update on how they work yet. But, they taste great, easy to chew and swallow, a little sour. I bought them during Prime day and the value was great for the money. The bottle was sealed upon arrival. Will update once I finish the bottle.
