I love this product as makeup wipes of any kind always make my face feel weird and it’s so hard for me to get the eye makeup off with them and they make my eyes tear up and uncomfortable. With this remover my eyes don’t tear up at all and it is swift and easy to remove. I use cotton pads and dab a few drops of this on and wipe it off. Love this and it’s the only thing I use to remove my eye makeup!

I liked how easy it was to remove eye makeup including mascara without having to rub hard and redden my eyes. The makeup seems to melt away. Recommend. It’s a little pricey but worth it to me.

I’ve been using this product for years. I was having an issue with lash loss when removing my eye makeup. Also, most removers had so much oil in them that my vision was blurry for hours after use. My mother had a small sample of Lancome Bi-Facil, that I tried. I found it was just right. My lash loss stopped and I even had some return. I’ve found that it works best if you press a semi wet swab to your lashes for 30sec or more helps to remove mascara better than not, especially if you happen to be wearing a lot of mascara. Be kind to your eyes if you love your lashes…Other than taking your time to remove your makeup and the price (it is expensive), I love this product and I would give it 5 stars.
