Since I’ve hit menopause my cholesterol levels have played havoc. Initially prescription fish oil helped, dropping my points from 255 to 221 and the good and bad were as they should be. Then NH State changed prescription providers and Express Scripts denied any kind of fish oil. So I gamely tried over the counter fish oils, garlic, etc. Nothing worked and the number got higher though the ratios stayed the same. Last October, 2015, the bad cholesterol (LDL) got higher and HDL got lower. So I thought I would bit the bullet and spend the money on the Complete. Considering my diet has always been good and exercise was the given variable my doctor and I determined that my body does make it (too well!). I cannot take a statin as I have Gilbert’s Syndrome so I started taking Cholestoff Complete in February 2016 – 3 in the morning and 3 at supper. I suffered no stomach discomfort, no other side effects. My doctor and I are happy to report the total number went from 270 to 212, LDL-173 to 123 and the HDL is 65. I tried to buy this from a seller on Amazon and got sent the wrong one. I am trying again, hoping this seller will send the right one. Rite-Aid can only carry 2 boxes at a time on their shelves and no one will call you if you get a rain check. This is expensive but I get no support from Express Scripts but it is my life. I would not be adverse to giving another review in a year’s time (progress report kind of thing)

I thought I was getting a good deal on the Cholestoff capsules. I should have known better.When I opened the container the capsules were all wet & greasy. It appears many of them leaked inside the bottle. I believe I was given defective, expired, or contaminated merchandise. I will be throwing all of these capsules in the trash.I’ve been ripped off, as Amazon does not allow refunds for this product. I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

After months of using opinion.. I took a pill or two only when i had big meals on the day.. helps with digestion and bowel movements.. works well too.. with minimal exercise n hot weather, I’ve slim down and maintainedEasy to swallow soft jelly like

Fresh stock, not difficult to swallow
Same quality as that first bought from iHerb. Bottles have expiry date of mid 2022, which is far out enough.Taking 3 capsules two times a day as suggested. Initially, the capsules felt a little too large when swallowed; after a few days, this became more acceptable.Will do a lipid test after at least 3 months of usage to ascertain the effect on cholesterol levels. Fingers crossed.
