Great Product! I was diagnosed with candidiasis in July! I tried taking a medication my doctor prescribed me I think to get rid of the Candidia. Unfortunately, it just made me pretty sick and even more constipated! So I read a book called Livingood by Doctor Livingood! Amazing book highly recommend that. Getting on to this product! It works better than any product I’ve ever used! I do take 3-4 every night I do have a few stools through the day they are kinda loose but Omgosh my stomach is flatter than it has been in 4 years! Bloating gone! I think it has to do with this and the diet I tried to follow which was very clean eating for 21 days!! Highly recommend this product! I know it pricey but totally worth the money especially for chronic constipation, and IBS!

This product really hit the reset button for me. I’ve struggled for years with food sensitivities and consequent bloat and constipation. Before I took this, I had been bloated and constipated for weeks. After 4 days of taking this, I was back to normal, and my stomach was flat. Not only that, my digestion is better and my bowel movements are more regular.Here’s what to expect (individual results may vary LOL):Directions say to take at bedtime, two hours after your last meal. So this means you’ll sleep while it’s working, and you’ll start having diarrhea in the morning.If you wake up in the middle of the night, you’ll hear gurgling sounds in your gut. It’s painless and not at all sickening, but just weird.For me personally, this product started working in 7 hours. That 7 hour mark for me was the same EVERY TIME I took this. So that seems to be the magic number for me. So understand that this may cut your good night’s sleep short, because 7 hours after taking it, you’ll experience your first diarrhea.Then, diarrhea will last about 5 hours, with trips to the bathroom about every 20 to 30 mins. Full disclosure: I’m a vegetarian. If you eat a lot of meat and greasy food, results may be more intense, so keep that in mind.You need to plan for this, which means two things:1) you won’t get more than 7 hours of sleep after taking the pills, assuming you swallow them right at bedtime, because 7 hours after taking them, you’ll be running to the bathroom2) you need to plan to stay home and go absolutely nowhere until lunchtime (or 5 hours after the first diarrhea).I say this because nowhere in the literature or marketing does it caution people to plan for this and not carry on normally with life, for several hours after taking these. And this is important to know. Because even though it’s a painless experience, the diarrhea can be isolating. You need to plan to stay home 12 hours after swallowing these pills (to allow 7 hours for sleep while they take effect, and 5 hours for diarrhea afterwards). Again, individual results may vary, but this was my experience.I had zero headaches, zero cramping, zero nausea, etc. Wonderfully painless and comfortable experience. You just have to plan for diarrhea. I work from home, so I was able to deal with the diarrhea. But don’t do this the night before travel, family events, or working at a job that’s not at your home.And I will say that after doing this for 4 days, taking 3 days off, and then doing it again, I had less diarrhea the next time around. Probably because it cleaned me out.This is a fantastic product, but I just wanted to caution everyone to plan for it, and give everyone a sense of timeframes and what to expect.

Like most colon cleanser reviews, the content below shouldn’t be read while having a meal. I believe that the most important points are 1. Level of cramping pain, 2. Time between taking and the bowel movement, and 3. the characteristics of the waste that is pushed out, all of which I touch on here. I’ve tried another colon cleanse supplement before this one and can say that this is different and much better. I do periodic cleanses to detoxify due to a certain health condition. In addition to this, I take a couple of medications and read that meds can negatively affect digestion. I also wanted to improve my intestinal system’s ability to absorb nutrients and after reading a recommendation in a health forum, decided to give this a try. This product is different in that it uses oxygenation biochemical actions to move/clean out the colon. In effect it doesn’t just move waste out, it seems to dissolve the waste that adheres to colon walls, which is then pushed out. When I used the another product, I had level 8 abdominal pain/cramps roughly 3 hours after taking a recommended dose signaling an urgent trip to the restroom with cramps as I’m forcing solid waste out. This Oxy-Powder’s oxygenation effects result in only slight to no cramping 6-8 hours later and the bowel movements are in liquefied form. The release isn’t painful, but instead quick and effortless. Since it did come out pretty much pulverized and liquefied, I did have to get to the bathroom as soon as possible when I felt the urge to go. I took four capsules before bed and I go shortly after waking up. I would have to go again roughly 4-7 hours later but not unpredictably or numerous times. Therefore, 1 dose is less painful, requires less effort, and doesn’t result in a fully disrupted day at work due to unpredictable urgent trips to the restroom. What’s neat about this product is that if I took less than 4 capsules per dose, then the results vary; 2 capsules yielded softer solids coming out during bowels movements (not messy). So depending on one’s preference, you can adjust the dosage for amount and consistency of waste removal. I did this for 7 days and took a probiotic to get my digestive system up to par. Felt more energy as the days went by. I felt lighter and “cleaner” as well. I had improved digestive processes in terms of my stomach’s uptake of nutrients as I felt a stronger effect from meds that I currently take. Highly recommend.
