Needed more consistent fiber intake and these gummy chews are great. Taste is all right. The gummies can be hard to reach at the bottom so I simply keep the bottle upside down so that I can get to those last ones easier. Effective and no stomach upset for me.

These are quite tasty just like candy. Yummy. Warning, I would limit how many of these I would consume at one time because it can cause gas. I recommend spacing them out throughout the day. Do not take three at once or you may not feel comfortable leaving the house or being around people.

You will be pooping and f@rting like a Shetland pony in no time which may be good or bad depending on what you’re taking it for—for me, it reminded me that I was doing really bad with my fiber intake, let’s put in that way. They taste really good aside from being really effective so five stars across the board. I DO NOT however recommend starting with more than one (meaning one gummy, not serving) of these bad boys per day, forget the serving size of three, trust, you do NOT need that much unless you like to eat cement bricks 🥺💩 ps they do contain Xylitol, which is a concern for some just FYI. Enjoy your new life ☀️

Stuck together and impossible to get out of the container.
The product should be recalled. The gummies are all wet, stuck together and impossible to get out of the bottom of the bottle. I opened the seal which was on properly, then realised they were all stuck to the bottle and required a knife to pull one out which wasn’t nice.
