I’ve tried a bunch of different eyeliners and this one is the best. The tip is very sharp and the handle is short it makes it easy to apply. Best eyeliner!

This is a great eye liner. It goes on smooth as silk and it’s easy to control. The tiny tip lets you make a line as thin or thick as you like. It comes in a variety of shades.Best of all, Cover Girls products are all cruelty free, that is they don’t do tests on animals. So you can feel good about looking good. I only buy Cover Girl for this very reason.

It glides on easily especially on the water line. Holding it at a slant helps glide on very smoothly. Would buy again! Smudge resistant and lasts all day until you remove it. Love it!

Nice eyeliner but prob won’t purchase again. It’s a really dark pigmented black liner but not my favorite. I prefer wet n wild new break up proof pen then this. It’s just hard finding a eyeliner under $7 that’s easy to use and make a wing and last all day. I wish more drugstore companies did a better job making liquid eyeliner. Yes it’s good as a backup when I can’t find my other eyeliners. I just wish more companies made a thinner brush and more options under $7. So far Nyx removed their Vinyl liquid eyeliner and I don’t want to pay $10 for something so cheap and ink runs out after 2 weeks with all the drugstore brands for coming out with pens, their bad. I also bought the new Maybelline pen with pink stripe and so far Wet N wild Break Up Proof is best liner pen that last.Im still looking for a good liquid eyeliner with thin brush. All drugstore brands have not come through. L’Oréal used to make a good liquid liner years ago but now they’re terrible. Come on people do better job making a classic black liquid eyeliner with brush for girls who’ve been making wings for years.

Dries pretty quickly and doesn’t smudge when I wipe it off. I have brown skin and prefer this & a dark brown pencil liner over black eyeliner since it doesn’t stand out too much.
