This brow pencil is really good for the price. This is the first time I am actually liking a brow pencil. The color/shade was as described. Not irritating at all. Ease of use and it lasted for the whole day. Get it!

I recently purchased the COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner Pencil in Smoky Taupe 130, and I must say, it really has exceeded my expectations for a cheap, afforable eyeliner when it comes to achieving the perfect natural cut crease and defining my eyebrows.First and foremost, the Smoky Taupe shade is absolutely spot-on for creating a natural cut crease. It’s not too dark or too light, making it an ideal choice for achieving that subtle, well-defined crease if you have a more pale complexion like me. The texture of the pencil isn’t too dry and has a smooth glide but still allows for precise lines.Its blending tip is incredibly helpful when it comes to creating that flawless, smudge-free cut crease. You can define a perfect line or softly smudge it, and it looks pretty seamless.I’ve also found it to be great for defining my eyebrows. The same Smoky Taupe shade is versatile enough to create a natural look that doesn’t appear harsh or overdone. I have relatively dark blonde/light brown hair and it matches perfectly.It really is water-resistant, and I’ve noticed that it stays put all day no matter the weather or activity. I find this much too dry to use as an eyeliner, BUT: it makes a great charcoal eyebrow pencil! Just dark enough, not at all harsh, and no dreaded brown or red tones. Best eyebrow pencil I’ve found so far!

Sometimes eyeliners don’t go on easily or you can’t get the pencil to draw anything at all, but this one gets the job done. The pencil glided smoothly and my eyes look beautiful. I like it a lot!

My go to eyeliner pencil
I have used this perfect blend over the years and love it. I use the smoky brown color, but wanted to try the charcoal. I find the charcoal a little dark, thus I will try the dark brown as a liner with my smoky brown. It is an excellent price, good product and water proof.
