I can’t say enough good about this product. I am an adult with thick hair. It is long and has a silky texture – when it is not in a tangle of knots. I don’t know what goes on in my sleep, but I used to wake up with a mess of knotted hair. I tried everything from conditioning masks to heat styling spray. Nothing worked. I saw a glowing review from a woman who recommended it because she had the same problem. I still wondered if it would work for me, because I had nearly given up hope on my hair. I gave it a chance and wow, was I impressed. I have found that it works a little better on dry hair than it does on damp. I would recommend trying it both ways to see which works best for you. The Baby Bum Conditioning Detangler Spray has been a lifesaver for my daughter’s thick, curly hair. She loves using it, and it makes brushing so much easier without the usual tangles and fuss.The scent is also a big plus — it has a lovely beachy smell that we both enjoy. It’s light, refreshing, and works great as a leave-in conditioner. Highly recommend for anyone with little ones who have curly or hard-to-manage hair!

Love that this is fragrance, silicone, gluten and alcohol free. Goes on great after bath. I squirt over strands after Bumble and Bumble creme and let sit in a towel over my toddlers head for about 15mins. Then spray more and brush through. No greasiness, gives beautiful shine and gets us through 3 days of washes looking clean. 😍

Needs a better smell. Works fine but I highly prefer Bumvle & Bumble to this one.

Super bummed about this purchase. Barely noticed it aiding with tangles and it smelled more like key lime than coconut. I guess I don’t know what GREEN coconut smells like. I’ll still buy Sun Bum products but this won’t be one of them

I use this on myself, my 8 year old, and my 4 year old. My daughter has very long hair that tangles easily. This does help with her tangles and if I promise to spray it in her hair she will sit easier and let me brush all the tangles out. It smells like coconut, and isn’t overwhelming. I wish I had a bigger bottle.

Best thing for detangling thick, finicky hair.
Sometimes, brushing my hair costs too many spoons. (IYKYK.)This stuff has been excellent for when I am able to brush my hair. It helps lubricate the hair enough that the knots slip our more easily.The scent is light and beauty. Kinda like a soft coconut scent. – Normally I don’t like coconut. This makes me feel like I’m on a beach in Malibu, feeling good enough about myself that I might take off my oversized t-shirt and get some sun.If you’re looking for something that can help get out stubborn knots in stubborn hair; Yeah. This’ll do it. And you’ll feel like Farrah Fawcett while doing it.

Smells lovely and works like a charm
My little girls hair is starting to get long and tangled, especially when she wakes up in the morning. She hated having her hair brush because of the knots. Now that we use this, it’s so much better. A few spritz before we start to brush her hair and the tangles come out so much easier. The beautiful coconut smell is an added bonus!
